Have fun with content

Even ChatGPT stays stoked

"The best climber in the world is the one who's having the most fun."

I read this quote during the nightly hours in James Clears 3-2-1 newsletter. This totally resonated with me and keeps me awake. What would happen if we all had a little more fun creating content?

Why it matters

Two things why ‘having fun, staying stoked’ make the difference.

  • First, we overcomplicate content.
  • Second, we tend to take ourselves a bit too seriously in life and in content creation.

The best engagement happens when the content taps into humor and emotion or it teaches you something new.

Please don’t underestimate the power of having fun.

Having a laugh, being a little mischievous, playing with words, provoking with visuals, and showing that your care are the main ingredients for success.

Having fun creating your content, shows. Your audience will notice.

Rule of thumb, is the content your created something you would click on yourself? And are you proud of the result? If it's not a hell yes, then it's a no – reconsider posting.

I can’t and won’t explain to you how to have fun. If you really don’t know how to have fun doing your job, maybe you’re in the wrong industry, and you have a whole different issue ;)

Even ChatGPT has fun

A few great examples of the ‘we’re at capacity page' by ChatGPT.  If AI can have fun, so can you ;)
